Super Cute Disney Dim Sum: A Disney Foodies Dream
Yes, you heard that right folks.
DISNEY. DIM. SUM.
and as a Disney Foodie it was an absolute dream! It lives up to every bit of its name.
We were fortunate enough to experience this magic while on a trip to Hong Kong last month and the amount of cuteness was just too much for my heart!
Dim Sum is available at the Crystal Lotus Restaurant inside the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel.
They recommend that you make reservations ahead of time since the Dim Sum needs to be ordered in advance. If you’re visiting on a weekday, you have to place your order at least 24 hours in advance, and 48 hours in advance if you’re visiting on a weekend.
If you have a hotel reservation, you can make your reservation via email. If you’re only visiting for a meal, you can call to make your reservation. (+852 3510-6000)
What we did:
After arriving in Hong Kong, I used the hotel phone to call the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel to make the reservation.
After making the phone reservation, the Crystal Lotus emailed us the Dim Sum Menu. We placed our order and they sent us an email confirmation.
Upon arriving at the Crystal Lotus, we were greeted by a hostess who sat us at the corner window table overlooking the hedge maze and bay. It was a gorgeous day with light bits of rain here and there.
Our waiter reconfirmed our order and we added the honey barbecue pork with rice and a salted egg yolk custard bun. Our meal arrived promptly. I think we only waited about 15 minutes, or so. In that 15 minutes, we were served a little plate of peanuts and a warm towel for our hands.
Everything arrived nice and fresh and we of course had to take an obligatory photo shoot.
Too flippin’ cute!

We had the absolute best time dining at Crystal Lotus. While it wasn’t the cheapest meal, it was the CUTEST! For any Disney Foodie, this is the spot for you! For more information, head over to the official Hong Kong Disneyland Site.
